How much do MEP Plans cost?
ADU MEP plans start at $995 for a single discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing), $1,195 for any two disciplines, and $1,495 for the Full MEP Package (all three together) on an ADU up to 600 square feet. Pricing is flat and published, scales only by conditioned square footage, and carries no sales tax. We serve California only.

Traditional California engineering firms typically charge $2,500 to $6,500 for a complete residential ADU MEP set. Our flat pricing sits well below that range because we focus exclusively on California ADUs and standardize the engineering workflow.
